M& A Advisory
We represent both buying and selling companies on an advisory basis.
Sargent Advisors may be retained on a confidential basis to identify prospective buyers or sellers of firms. We also facilitate asset, product and technology transactions. We will work with our clients from market analysis, due diligence and through completion of a transaction. We also are available for valuation work and to advise on whether an external transaction is the best way to achieve a business objective.
When transactions are the objective, we generally employ a success-fee model in addition to standard advisory rates.
